I’m Wesley, a former Systems Engineer who moved to the United States in search of transformation and purpose. What began as a personal journey evolved into something deeper — a desire to create meaningful experiences through fire, flavor, and connection.
Combining my background in technology and project execution with a passion for gastronomy, I brought precision, structure, and intention into the culinary world. That vision gave life to Brazilian Way BBQ a refined approach to traditional churrasco.
